How we start, how we bill, who does the work, and what happens if something needs to change. If your question is not here, email ali@paakcomm.com.
A free 45-minute discovery call. No slides. We listen, ask hard questions and tell you whether we are the right partner. If we are, you receive a fixed-scope written proposal within three business days: deliverables, timeline, cost, assumptions and what you need to provide. Work starts after a signed agreement and the first milestone invoice.
We reply to new enquiries within one business day, Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00 PKT. Live platforms and active campaigns on retainer get 24/7 priority support. BPO seats follow the SLA in your statement of work.
Yes. A large share of our work is with SMBs and growth-stage teams in the GCC, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States. We run stand-ups in your time zone where it matters, report in English, and invoice in USD (or another currency agreed in the SOW).
Absolutely. Most clients start with a single line — SEO, a website, a brand sprint or a handful of BPO seats — prove the value, then expand. You can also combine services into an integrated programme. See all six service lines.
A 40-person in-house studio. Every project is led by a senior strategist or account director, paired with specialists in design, engineering, media or CX. We do not bait-and-switch you to junior staff after the pitch. Freelancers, if used at all, are named in the SOW.
We publish honest starting points on the pricing page. After discovery you receive a fixed-scope quote — not a vague range. Ad spend, licences, stock assets, domains and hosting are billed separately at cost, in your own accounts wherever possible.
Projects are typically invoiced 30% on signature, 40% at mid-point, 30% on launch. Monthly retainers and BPO seats are invoiced in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments accrue interest as set out in our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to pause work on accounts more than 30 days overdue.
Bank transfer, Stripe, Wise and Payoneer. Currency is agreed in the SOW — most international retainers are billed in USD. We never ask you to send credentials or card details over unencrypted email.
Retainers: 30 days written notice; unused unworked hours in the final month are refunded pro-rata, less committed third-party costs. Projects: the 30% deposit is non-refundable once discovery has started; later milestones follow the schedule in our Refund Policy. BPO seats have no partial-month refund after agents are allocated.
We will tell you on the first call. If the smallest useful engagement is above your budget, we will say so and suggest a narrower sprint rather than over-promise. We do not take work we cannot staff properly.
Weekly stand-ups, Friday demos on build work, and a written report against the KPIs in your SOW. Dashboards live in your GA4, ads, CRM and helpdesk accounts — you can read them without us. Source files and credentials are handed over, not locked in our tools.
Brand identity: roughly 4–8 weeks. Marketing website: 4–10 weeks. E-commerce or custom web app: 8–16 weeks. Mobile MVP: 12–24 weeks. Marketing and content retainers run month to month. BPO seats are usually staffed and trained in 2–3 weeks. Timelines shift if client inputs arrive late — that is written into every SOW.
Yes. We are platform-agnostic. We work with what you already use, recommend changes only when they will pay for themselves, and document every credential and integration we touch. A paid audit is often the cleanest first step.
You do. Paid-for deliverables, source files and third-party accounts stay in your name. We work inside your Google, Meta, AWS, Shopify and Zendesk accounts wherever possible. On termination we hand over everything completed and paid for.
Yes. Mutual NDAs are standard before we share unredacted case studies, code samples or your confidential material. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for three years, as set out in our terms. We also sign DPAs and, where relevant, BAAs for healthcare work.
Marketing: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, GA4, HubSpot, Klaviyo. Design: Figma and Adobe. Engineering: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Laravel, WordPress, Shopify, Flutter, React Native, AWS, Cloudflare. Operations: Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Twilio, Five9, Salesforce. We use your stack first.
After the SOW is signed we recruit or allocate English-speaking agents, train them on your product, brand voice and escalation policy, then go live against a written SLA (first response, AHT, FCR, CSAT). Calls can be recorded for QA. Scale up or down with 30 days notice. Details are on the BPO page.
English is the default for international seats. Urdu and regional languages are available for Pakistan and GCC programmes. Other languages are scoped per campaign — ask on the discovery call rather than assuming coverage.
TLS on every page, MFA-protected admin accounts, encrypted backups, vendor reviews and an incident-response process. BPO agents work from a secured facility with biometric access. We do not sell personal data. Read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for the full picture.
Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy. Paid work is also governed by a signed MSA and SOW — where those conflict with the website terms, the signed agreement prevails.
